moral and religious values, Sri Guru Harkrishan
Public School, Bhagtanwala's roots are embedded
in ambience of peace, harmony and sincerity. Established
in the year 1989 , it is spread over
a piece of land measuring 2000 Sq. yards. It is
a progressive educational institution which provides
value based education using latest methodology
and audio visual aids to motivate and inculcate
interest in the students.

Pritpal Singh Sethi (Member Incharge), S.
Rajinder Singh Kapoor (Member Incharge) and
Mrs. T. K. Babra (Principal) have enabled
it to earn fame far and wide. The institution
encourages and imbibes each individual to recognize
its potential, thereby creating a conducive ambience
for their betterment. It imparts excellent education
and prepares the students to meet the challenges
of the changing world through encouragement of
self discipline, high intellectual achievements
and physical fitness. It lays equal stress on
teaching of Sikh religion, Sikh history and culture.
Honesty is the first chapter which is taught when
a child enters the premises of the school.
The school functions smoothly
with the able, eminent and dedicated teachers.
We have regular seminars to train our teachers
and to enhance the quality of education, thereby
promoting their professional competence. The school

There are seventy teaching and non-teaching staff
members and about a thousand students on roll
at present. The school is co-educational and students
are obedient, punctual, regular and hard working.
Introduction of play-pen is another attraction

SCHOOL CAMPUS
The school has a beautiful building
and is comprised of well equipped and fully furnished
forty class rooms, a Gurudwara, two play grounds,
two spacious laboratories, two computer rooms,
one music room and one library. The school campus
offers a large number of special opportunities
for the students apart from the class rooms.
COMPUTER LABS
There are two ultra modern computer
labs separately for the junior and senior students.
Each student gets an opportunity to work as per
their regular time table.
LIBRARY
The library is the most
essential part of an educational institution.
The school tries 4 its level best that the students
make full use of library time, latest books are
regularly added to the library in order to cater
to the needs of the students, so we have a well
stocked library with latest books
